On 30th June European Chamber President Jens Eskelund met European Commission Director-General for Trade Sabine Weyand. President Eskelund provided an overview of recent economic, policy and political trends in China and their impact on the operations and general sentiment of European businesses operating in the country.

Both sides also discussed concrete deliverables in terms of market access and regulatory barriers that could be addressed in upcoming high level exchanges.
