International Liner Shipping WG Meeting with Ministry of Transport

On 20th Septermber, Mr. Fei Weijun, Mr. Jia Dashan leads a team of 3 experts coming to Shanghai for a industry investigation regarding the impacts of the Regulations of P.R.C related to International Ocean Shipping on shipper's business in China.
A group of representatives from European Chamber International Liner Shipping Working Group attended the meeting.
In the meeting, members discussed about the rationale of the structure of freight rate used for filing purpose; and whether the market condition is reasonable to be invervened or regulated by new legislations from a jurisprudence perspective.
