Submitted Comments on the MIIT's Comprehensive Standardised Technical System for the Solar Photovoltaic Industry (2023 Edition)(Draft for Comments)

On 29th December, the Energy Working Group submitted comments on the MIIT's Comprehensive Standardised Technical System for the Solar Photovoltaic Industry (2023 Edition) (Draft for Comments).
It is suggested that the full life cycle carbon footprint assessment be gradually incorporated into photovoltaic material standards. For example, the newly developed photovoltaic composite material frames should be considered for recycling or reuse at current stage. Furthermore, the current national standard General Technology Requirements for Photovoltaic (PV) Module Recycling and Recovery (GB/T 39753-2021) needs to be updated as well.
