On 11^th January 2024, the European Chamber submitted comments to the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) on the Rules for Fair Competition Review in Tendering and Bidding (Draft for Comments).

The Chamber's suggestions reflected how the regulation could better protect fair competition between domestic and foreign enterprises.
