Energy Working Group Online Meeting with Trade Section of European Union Delegation to China and DG Trade of European Commission

On Monday 22^nd January, in request of the Trade Section of the European Union Delegation to China (EUD), the European Chamber Energy Working Group held an online meeting with the EUD and the DG Trade of European Commission to discuss China’s cross-border data transfer (CBDT) regulations and its challenges facing the European companies in the energy sector.

The Working Group’s chair Zhonghua Xu, vice-chair Clement Lix and vice-chair Kitty Xia participated in the discussion and provided the industry observations. Following the meeting, the Working Group submitted relevant written comments.
