Meeting with Beijing Investment Promotion Center

On 15th May, the director general of Beijing Investment Promotion Center led a delegation to the European Chamber Beijing Office. Both sides exchanged views on the Chamber's newly published Business Confidence Survey (BCS) 2024 and discussed the main concerns and challenges faced by FIEs in Beijing. The Chamber appreciated the effort made by the Beijing Municipal government in improving business environment and addressing operational issues for foreign business community. Two sides agreed to maintain close communication and cooperation in areas such as policy briefing, government-FIEs roundtable and industrial event support.
