European Chamber SMEs Forum Chairs Met with Guangzhou SMEs Bureau

On July 18th, European Chamber met with Guangzhou Private Economy and Small and Medium Enterprises Bureau Mr Zeng Defeng, Director of the Service System Construction Department and Chen Sining, Deputy Investigator of the Service System Construction Department to discuss how to solve the main challenges encountered by European SMEs in China and explore related policies supporting the SMEs development.

The meeting was joined by the Chair of European Chamber SMEs Forum Ms Dasiy Yang, Vice Chair of European Chamber SMEs Forum Ms Danica Mai, and Ms Lynn Wu, Business and Government Affairs Manager of the European Chamber South China Chapter.

During the meeting, representatives from the European Chamber highlighted the key challenges faced by European SMEs, including difficulties in accessing financing, complex administrative procedures, cash flow limitations, and insufficient policy transparency. In response, Mr Zeng recommended several platforms and websites for SMEs to obtain the latest news and policies.
