Meeting with Jiangsu Department of Commerce

On August 20, 2024, Dr. Andreas Risch, the chair of the European Chamber in Nanjing, along with the Nanjing board, met with Mr. Sun Jin, the deputy director general of the Jiangsu Department of Commerce. Dr. Risch shared the concerns of the members regarding re-investment, business development, and talent recruitment with Mr. Sun. Mr. Sun introduced the latest incentive policies for foreign businesses and provided an overview of the economic trends in Jiangsu to the Chamber. Both sides also discussed plans to organize the 2024 Jiangsu Government Dialogue.
