Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration Briefing

On April 15, Helei Fu, EUCCC Senior Government Affairs Manager, was invited to attend an annual briefing hosted by Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration (SIPA). Over 100 people attended this event including local government officials, and representatives of foreign consulates, chambers of commerce and media. Lv Guoqiang, Director General of SIPA, reviewed the achievements SIPA made in 2014 and introduced audience its work priority of 2015. That includes building Shanghai as a sci-tech innovation centre with global influence, building an IP credit system and integrating it into the whole social credit system, establishing a diversified IP dispute resolution mechanism and accelerating the development of IP related service.
