Notice on Issues related to Tax and Other Preferential Policies (Guo Fa [2015] 25)

On 13^th March 2015, the European Chamber submitted a lobby letter to MOF, with MOFCOM in copy, concerning Circular 62 <Cleaning up and Regulating Tax and Other Preferential Policies>. The European Chamber has thereafter followed up with MOF requesting a formal response to issues raised in the letter.

On 10^th May 2015, the State Council published Guo Fa [2015] 25, <Notice on Issues related to Tax and Other Preferential Policies>, which offers further clarifications to Circular 62 and addresses the concerns expressed in the lobby letter.
