The delegation met with government officials including Mr Lu Zhiyuan, deputy party secretary of Shandong Province and party secretary of Qingdao, Mr Zhao Haozhi, mayor of Qingdao, and Mr Zhao Shengcun, vice mayor of Qingdao.
