Members of the European Chamber Participate in the 4th China Public-Private Partnerships Financing Forum in Shanghai
Under the guidance of the Ministry of Finance and Shanghai Municipal Government, China PPP Centre and Shanghai Financial Association has organised the 4th China Public-Private Partnerships Financing Forum in Shanghai from 22nd to 23rd November 2018. Mr. Shen Jian, Senior Vice President of SUEZ in Shanghai, has joined the panel "Role of PPP in Ecological and Environmental Protection".

The European Union Chamber of Commerce welcomes the decision of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment to call for comments on the <Draft Amendment to the Solid Waste Pollution Prevention Law>. The European Chamber welcomes this Draft Amendment as a step to make solid waste pollution prevention in China more aligned with international practice. There are, however, some aspects that we would like to comment from this Draft Amendment.
