In accordance with the relevant work plan of the National Energy Administration, the China-Europe Energy Innovation Cooperation (CEEI) has been divided into four fields (work streams): energy storage, hydrogen energy, smart energy and wind power. The smart energy field is jointly led by the Chinese side: State Grid Dual Innovation Demonstration Base Zhejiang Demonstration Centre (国网双创示范基地浙江示范中心) and Tsinghua Sichuan Energy Internet Research Institute (清华四川能源互联网研究院); and the European side: Engie and Schneider.
