On 21st April, Dr Ioana Kraft, General Manager of the European Chamber Shanghai Chapter met with Mr Gao Yueming, Deputy Director-General of Harbin Foreign Affairs Office. Dr Kraft introduced the European Chamber, and brought forward the issue in adjustment in the individual income tax, as well as return of members and their family to China during COVID outbreaks. Mr Gao introduced Harbin's investment environment and welcomed Dr Kraft and the European Chamber's members to pay a visit to Harbin. The two sides concluded the meeting agreeing to keep in touch for future cooperation.
