Meeting with Jinling Customs
European Chamber Nanjing Chapter visited Jinling Customs and met with Mr. Fan Qinyang, Director- General of Jinling Customs. During the meeting, Mr. Jiang Chunli, Deputy Director-General, and concerned departments attended the meeting and briefed on the recent reforms in the Customs and related policies. Both parties agreed to have regular meetings and strength cooperation.

Lobby Letter on Circular 62 to the State Council and the Ministry of Finance
The Finance & Taxation Working Group addressed a lobby letter to the Ministry of Finance and to the State Council (copy to MOFCOM) regarding the uncertainty created by the inconsistent implementation of Circular 62 on the clean-up of local preferential tax policies.
