Meeting with First Counsellor of Trade and Investment Section, Delegation of the European Union to China

The key lobby works in the past six months and the lobby plan of EUCCC Cosmetics Working Group in the following six months were introduced in this meeting. In addition, closer cooperation between the cosmetics working group and the trade and investment section of the delegation was highlighted, and some detailed plans were discussed as well, including better use of the coming EU-China regulators meeting and technical meeting. Due to the change of the management team of the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), and the senior working level officials on the Cosmetics Department, we both agreed that it would be a good opportunity for us to introduce EU practice and regulations of cosmetics to the Chinese officials.
