Comments to the State Administration of Market Regulation on Administrative Measures for the Examination of Advertisements for Medicine, Medical Device, Health Food and FSMPs(Draft for Comments)
Following the State Administration for Market Regulation initiated the third round public consultation on Administrative Measures for the Examination of Advertisements for Medicine, Medical Device, Health Food and FSMPs(Draft for Comments), the European Chamber has collated all member inputs and submitted them to the SAMR upon circulation of the draft within relevant working groups.

The Foreign Investment Law was adopted at the 2nd Session of the Thirteenth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on March 15, 2019 and shall come into force on January 1, 2020. Following this, the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) approached the Chamber for the consultation on the Regulation on the Implementation of the Foreign Investment Law (Public Consultation).

Meeting with Guangzhou Executive Vice Mayor Chen Zhiying
On 26 October 2019, the European Chamber, led by South China Board Vice Chair, Mr. Klaus Zenkel, had a private meeting with the Executive Vice Mayor of Guangzhou, Mr. Chen Zhiying. Mr. Zenkel and Mr. Chen exchanged pleasantries and discussed the need for strengthening communication and deepening cooperation between the European Chamber and the Guangzhou Municipal Government.
