● Planning of Tianfu New Town, the core area in Tianfu New District, is approved
Regulatory Plan and Overall Urban Design for Tianfu New Town (hereinafter referred to as the Detailed Planning) – the last regulatory detailed planning of the “Six Districts inOneCity” in Tianfu New District is approved in principle on February 21. Located in the center area of the “Six Districts in One City” in Tianfu New District, Tianfu New Town, which covers a total planning area of 119 square kilometers, will become the management center in this district and will be generally targeted as the important head business center, financial center and Exhibition Expo center in western China which is dominant in the modern service industry as the important center for business, administration, culture, education, sports and other public services. The modern new town suitable for the industry, business and residence will be built upon the concept of combination of urban commercial, cultural, zoological and pattern activities as well as the fundamental philosophy of modern industry, modern metropolis and modern life.
● Development zones at provincial level or above total 55
Wangcang Economic Development Zone, Luojiang Economic Development Zone and Shimian Economic Development Zone are granted as the provincial economic development zones. Development zones at provincial level or above total 55 at present, including 13 national development zones and 42 provincial development zones.
● Finished automobiles in Chengdu Economic & Technological Development Zone exceed360,000 in2012
Finished automobiles in Chengdu Economic & Technological Development Zone exceed 360,000 at the end of year 2012, and 17 finished automobile (engine) projects have been set up in Chengdu, including AutoMalls for FAW-Volkswagen, Volvo and Geely plateau automobiles. 7 out of Top 10 automotive parts enterprises among the Fortune Global 500 have set up factories inChengdu.
● ChengduHi-Tech Comprehensive Bonded Zone contributes over 40% to import-export volume in foreign trades inSichuanProvince
The import-export volume of Chengdu High-Tech Comprehensive Bonded Zone totals 26.22 billion US dollars, with an increase of 42.3% and over 40% contribution to the provincial foreign trades, including the gross export value of 15.57 billion US dollars – an increase of 59.9%.
● National new industrialization demonstration bases inSichuantotal 11
According to the recent announcement of “National New Industrialization Demonstration Bases IV” by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic ofChina, Dazhou is the only city selected inSichuanProvince. At present, the national new industrialization demonstration bases inSichuantotal 11, taking the lead in quantity and index of correlation in central and western regions.
● The 200-billion-Yuan industrial zone firstly sets up inSichuan
Chengdu High-tech District saw a total industrial output value of RMB 223 billion Yuan in 2012 and became the first 200-billion-Yuan industrial zone in Sichuan Province, with the total export-import volume for processing trades and the added value of high and new technology industry accounting for over 80% and one third in Sichuan Province respectively. The total export-import volume of ChengduHigh-Tech Comprehensive Bonded Zone stands at 26 billion US dollars, ranking the 3rd nationwide and the 1st in central and western regions. The added value for the leading industries of electronic information, biological medicine and precision machinery fabrication takes up 84.1% of that of the industrial enterprises above designated size in Chengdu High-tech District. The tablet PCs manufactured in Foxconn Chengdu Factory total40,490,000 in number, with the gross export of 13.75 billion US dollars, taking up 30% of the provincial gross export. Computers manufactured in Lenovo Industrial Base in westernChina total 1,020,000, with the output value of over RMB 2.5 billion Yuan. The sales revenue of Texas Instruments and BOE Technology has increased by 38.6% and 54.3%, respectively.
●天府新区核心区域天府新城规划出炉
天府新区“一城六区”最后一个控制性详规——《四川省成都天府新区天府新城控制性详细规划及总体城市设计》（以下简称详规）2月21日获原则性通过。天府新城位于天府新区“一城六区”的中心，规划总面积119平方公里，将成为天府新区的管理中心。总体定位为西部地区重要的总部商务中心、金融中心和会展博览中心，以现代服务业为主导的城市功能区，城市重要的商业中心、行政中心以及文化、教育、体育、医疗等公共服务中心，将按照城市业态、文态、生态、形态“四态合一”的理念，坚持现代产业、现代都市、现代生活“三位一体”基本理念，构建宜业宜商宜居的现代化新城。
●我省省级及以上开发区数量达到55个
旺苍经济开发区、罗江经济开发区和石棉经济开发区获批省级开发区。至此，我省省级及以上开发区数量达到55个，其中国家级开发区13个，省级开发区42个。
●成都经开区2012年整车突破36万辆
2012年末，成都经开区整车产量突破36万辆。形成了一汽大众成都基地、沃尔沃成都基地、吉利高原汽车等17个整车（机）项目，世界500强汽车零部件企业前10强中的7强在此设厂。
●成都高新综保区为全省贡献超四成外贸进出口额
成都综合保税区2012年进出口总额262.2亿美元，增长42.3％，占全省外贸规模逾四成。其中出口总值155.7亿美元，增长59.9％。
●四川国家新型工业化产业示范基地达11个
近日，国家工信部公布了第四批“国家新型工业化产业示范基地”名单，达州成为此次我省唯一入选的示范基地。至此，我省已有11个国家新型工业化产业示范基地，数量和相关指标中西部领先。
●四川诞生首个两千亿级工业园区
2012年，成都高新区实现工业总产值2230亿元，成为我省首个两千亿级工业园区。加工贸易进出口总额占全省80%以上，高新技术产业增加值占全省三分之一。成都高新综合保税区实现进出口总额260亿美元，居全国综合保税区第三、中西部第一。电子信息、生物医药、精密机械制造三大主导产业增加值占成都高新区规模以上工业增加值的84.1%。其中，富士康成都工厂生产平板电脑4049万台，出口总额137.5亿美元，占全省出口总额的30%。联想西部产业基地生产电脑102万台，实现产值超25亿元。德州仪器、京东方销售收入分别增长38.6%、54.3%。
