To look at the latest Human Capital trends in China, the European Chamber hosted an HR conference - Recruit, Retain and Develop: an overview on China’s emerging human capital trends, the next session of People Matters series of events, in Beijing on 17th September.

Leading experts including Mr Xin Guo (L1), President and CEO of Career International, Mr Wells Tian (L2), General Manager for Northern China Consulting practice of Aon Hewitt ,Ms Minna Yu (R2), Greater China Lead for Talent, Leadership and Organization Development of Nokia Siemens Networks and Ms Yanbing Zou, Head of HR for North China, Bayer Healthcare are invited to share their ideas with the participants.
