With 14 Consuls General and more than 200 participants, Mr. Jian gave a comprehensive rundown of the policies and implementation guidelines of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone.

The floor was then opened to a Q&A session, during which members of the audience were able to ask questions directly about specific policies. Mr. Jian was joined by Ms. Zhang Hong, Deputy General of the Fiscal and Finance Bureau, and Mr. Wang Bin, Deputy Director General of the Economic Development Bureau of China (Shanghai) Pilot Freee Trade Zone Administration. This event was the first, and thus far only, one organised by a foreign Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai with government representatives from China (Shanghai) Free Trade Zone Administration. The event was highly praised by the audience and a great success.
