The seminar was run by Ms. Ying Rong Du, Vice Chair of the Pharmaceutical Working Group, and she was joined by four experienced speakers. Mr. Zhang Naizi, Director of No. 3 Elderly Home, introduced senior care policies and practices in Shanghai.  Following that, Ms. Katherine WANG from Ropes & Gray, shared her insights into possible legal and policy hurdles in investment. In the second section, KPMG consultant Mr. Chandlar WANG probed into the analysis of market needs and service design. Ms. Jing FENG, an urban designer from NITA-Inbo, illustrated smart care vision in Netherland and its trends in China.
