Cody Chen, Partner, Taylor Wessing Shanghai, held a presentation about the amended PRC Company Law which was issued on December 28, 2013 and will come into effect on March 1, 2014. He introduced the background of these amendments and illustrated the impact for companies and their China business.
The seminar was chaired by Carl Hinze, Chair of the Legal & Competition WG of the European Chamber Shanghai.
