The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Forum brought together businesses from various fields to discuss the “saving and earning” opportunities through transferring CSR to operational excellence and profit margin expansion, as well as finding solutions to maximise business performance and further enhance the understanding of the environment.

The moderator divided the participants into five groups to list findings of the challenges encountered during daily operations, identifying the key factors, and finding final solutions in the various functions in the supply chain.
