Managing Candidates' Experiences through Employer Branding

The first event after the summer break focused on employer branding as a company’s effective way to attract talents. Emile Mac Gillarvry, Managing Director of Maximum Employment Marketing Group, talked about the importance of employer branding, especially for companies that are not automatically known through their brands. Dow Wang, HR Marketing Manager, Boehringer Ingelheim, described the experiences with social media, mostly WeChat, for his company. Dr Li Lun, Director, Jobedin, presented the benefits of job-videos, while Willie Ye, HR, Administration & Communication Director, ARKEMA Group Greater China, reminded the audience that the best branding for each company starts inside, with satisfied employees.
