20 members attended our CSR Solution Workshop on 12th September, focussing on the situation when a CSR manager is dragged into a big crisis.

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) working group brought together businesses of various fields to extend the discussion on how corporate find solutions and responses when they are challenged by external stakeholders (government, media, customers, NGO and community) after a potential business incident/public aware crisis.
 
The moderator divided the participants into four groups to list findings of challenges from daily observations, identifying key factors, and reaching solutions from their different angle of functions throughout the entire crisis management role.
