On 26th of May, the European Chamber Shanghai held a seminar on diversity at the workplace in China. Philip Lazare, Partner, Luther, gave an overview of the current relevant laws and anti-discrimination formula under Chinese law. Liu Yi, Diversity trainer and facilitator, Constellations International, presented motivations for organisation, opportunities and challenges as well as ideas for implementing diversity and inclusion. Christophe Gamet, VP Human Ressources China at L’Oréal, introduced the L'Oreal 2020ambition and talked about best practise experiences in China. The event was moderated by Roy Zhang, Chair of the CSR Forum, European Chamber Shanghai.
