WHAT DOES THE NEW INTERIM REGULATIONS ON LABOR DISPATCH BRING TO US?
Considering the problems emerged in labor dispatch sector after the promulgation of Labor Contract Law in 2008, after having consulted opinions from different channels, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) has promulgated lately the “Interim Regulations on Labor Dispatch” (MOHRSS Order No. 22), which comes into force on March 1, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as Regulation).
