On March 31, Juergen Schmitz, CEO of ERGO China and Sally Huang, General Manager of Euro-Center ERGO, the health insurance service arm of ERGO, delivered keynote speeches at the Annual Health Insurance Conference of the Insurance Association of China, which hosted the Sino-German Health Insurance Dialogue.

Juergen Schmitz introduced the German dual system of statutory health insurance (SHI) and private insurance scheme (PHI) and shared his perspectives on the development of the health insurance market in China.  Sally Huang in her speech pointed out the importance of health-related services complementing the value proposition of insurance. ERGO will continue to contribute to the transformation of China's health insurance industry towards a long-term sustainable development of the industry fueled by high quality services for its customers.
