From KPMG: Considering their education background and experiences, the new leaders of the NPC are expected to continue the momentum of reform and opening up. This round of government restructuring also implies that China’s new leadership aims to create an efficient and service-oriented government.  A series of new policies were also announced that may lead to many investment opportunities, including but not limited to: new energy, environmental protection, infrastructure and building materials.
