At the Annual General Meeting on the 27th of April, eligible voting members overwhelming endorsed the proposed amendments to the Chamber’s Articles of Association.
The primary changes are summarized in a letter that was sent to member available here. The next step is to have the changes approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. President Wuttke and Vice President Marchetta, both re-elected, express their appreciation to the members for turning out in large numbers to support the changes that will modernize the Chamber to the benefit of its members, in particular in the various chapters across China.
