中国欧盟商会就上海如何实现其全球抱负提出政策倡议
上海，2018年11月2日 – 中国欧盟商会于今天发布第三版《中国欧盟商会上海建议书2018/2019》（《上海建议书》），对上海的营商环境进行了评估，并就如何改进提出了建议。建议书主张上海应抓紧中国国际进口博览会所带来的机遇，全面展示上海市在改革开放进程中的引领作用，着手削减阻碍上海和中国整体发展的“改革赤字”，实现其自身设立的发展目标。
