Maggie started her career in KPMG Shanghai tax in 2000. She specialized in financial service, real estate and investment funds, provided tax planning, business model optimization, merger and acquisition services.
In 2013, Maggie joined GE as China Tax Director. She was responsible for all kinds of tax matters related to GE’s operations in China, including formulation of group strategies for tax compliance and risk management, optimisation of tax process and ERP systems. Maggie managed the tax compliance and planning related to the cash management, investment holding, merger and acquisition at group level. She was also responsible for daily tax operation of ~50 legal entities in different BUs, including Corporate, Aviation, Transportation, Lighting, Digital, Capital and R&D. Worked for GE as the first batch of large taxpayers designated by China State Administration of Taxation, Maggie has extensive experience in managing large enterprise and Thousand Group taxpayers.
In 2017, along with 600+ GE global tax team, Maggie joined PwC and started the journey of Tax Managed Service for China market.
In 2019, Maggie rejoined KPMG to support the development of Tax Managed Service.

He serves client across various industries including life science, funds, industrial manufacturing, consumer, information technology and entertainment, etc.
