The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the next PCR Working Group Meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, April 14th, at 14:30 hrs at the European Chamber Office in Shanghai.
Agenda
1. Presentation on “The new oil products wholesale and price regulations.” by law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel.
2. Confirmation of Key Recommendations for 2009/2010 Position Paper (PP). Deadlines for submission of the PP. Discussion of progress on writing of text for each Key Recommendation.
3. NDRC Forum update.
4. Update on drafting of Audit Protocol in relation to the Institute of Public and Environmental Affairs (IPEA).
5. Discussion of recent meetings with MOFCOM, CRC and SFDA. Update on Working Group lobbying.
6. Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) issue.

Charles Lagrange proposes for those interested to join him for a lunch before the PCR meeting. Please confirm your participation at this meeting by registering with Catherine Chou at cchou@euccc.com.cn by COP Monday April 13th, stating whether or not you would like to attend the networking lunch beforehand. The lunch is scheduled for 12:30 hrs in Xin Tian Di, on Huangpi road (venue to be confirmed) prior to the meeting.
