Viktor Rojkov is the Senior Associate on the International Business Advisory team in Dezan Shira & Associates' Shanghai Office. Viktor assists foreign-invested companies from Europe, North and South America, and Asia with their investments in China. His areas of expertise include setting up business entities in China considering business environment and cultural factors of the region. Viktor's industry experience includes trade, manufacturing, human resources and high-tech.
Viktor has been living and working in China for the past 12 years, and his acquired communication skills and industry knowledge is apt to small and large organizations interacting with the firm.
Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Viktor worked in a consulting division of one of the largest global staffing and consulting resources firm that offered resource augmentation solutions to MNCs in China. He has also worked in a high-tech startup environment connecting consumers from the Americas and Europe with products sourced and manufactured in China.
Viktor holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce and Marketing from Raffles Design Institute, with a focus in business internationalization and international trade.
