Dr Anil Gupta is the Michael Dingman Chair in Strategy and Globalization at The University of Maryland and is widely regarded as one of the world's leading experts on globalization theory. Much of his work his focused on the role of China and India in so called ‘Globalization 2.0’ In this seminar Dr Gupta explores the link between the Belt & Road Initiative and China Inc. going global.

In June 2015, Guangdong Laser Industry Association (GDLIA) and LMN organized members to visit some key laser companies in Germany, and participated in a members’ exchange activity with EPIC. Both agree to jointly hold Eu-Asia Laser Industry Summit. In May 2016, nine EPIC members attended the summit in Shenzhen and made presentations. In September, GDLIA member team attended EPIC laser materials processing conference in Lithuania, and both built solid exchange and cooperation base.
