2019年5至6月,国家互联网信息办公室和全国信息安全标准化技术委员会密集出台了一系列数据保护有关规定和标准的征求意见稿,包括《数据安全管理办法(征求意见稿)》、《儿童个人信息网络保护规定(征求意见稿)》、《个人信息出境安全评估办法(征求意见稿)》及《个人信息安全规范(征求意见稿)》,对此前提出的个人信息和重要数据监管框架做出了极大调整。
