One of these meetings is with the European Chamber’s R&D Working Group, kindly facillitated by the EU Delegation, where we will have the opportunity to liaise with them by presenting our position paper and align on our key messaging.

To kick off discussions, Paul Ranjard, Chair to the IPR Working Group in Beijing, will be holding a presentation on procedural issues for foreign litigants including POA for foreign litigants, transparency of procedures and case law.
