上海市外商投资协会会长黄峰将总结其过去的从业经验，为会员针对《外商投资安全审查办法》进行深度解读。在加入上海市外商投资协会之前，黄会长曾于2010年6月至2011年7月担任上海市商务委员会副主任、2011年8至2016年3月担任国家商务部外国投资管理司副司长。
