并针对中国企业在流程管理中的弱项做了针对性的讲解并给出应对。
整个课程基于经典的PDCA循环，全面辩证分析流程，包括流程的价值和局限性——流程是在复杂环境下保
持绩效稳定的利器，流程总是处于结构化不足和结构化过渡中的摇摆，而且总体上流程是滞后于业务并趋于
压制创新的，因此和流程管理形影不离的必须是企业文化，前者是硬性的管理方式、后者是软性的管理方
式，均不可偏废。中国企业前者相对较弱，因此加强流程的学习是很有必要的。
