10月27日，上海市十五届人大常委会第二十六次会议表决通过了《上海市反不正当竞争条例》（以下简称“《条例》”）并将于明年1月1日施行。本次通过的《条例》将上位法修订后的相关规定以及实践中总结的诸多新业态及问题纳入其中，在《反不正当竞争法》的框架内做了很多细化，但其中仍有某些界定较为模糊，增加了企业面临监管的合规压力。
