Throughout the past few years, the EU has been revamping its regulatory toolbox in order to better address emerging economic, geopolitical, technological and climate challenges. On 23rd February, the European Commission published a proposal for a Directive on Sustainable Corporate Governance. The European Chamber has invited Ms Orsolya Csorba, Counsellor for Competition, Justice and Consumer Policy at the Delegation of the European Union to China to provide a debriefing on the Commission’s proposal. Ms Csorba will provide the debriefing onsite in Beijing on Thursday, 31st March from 10:00AM to 11:00AM. Members wishing to attend online will be provided a Zoom link.
