The Research and Development (R&D) Working Group was created in 2014 to deepen the work of the former R&D Forum of the European Chamber. The working group aims to provide a single interlocutor to engage the European and Chinese authorities, offering input on topics related to research and innovation. It is made up of professionals directly involved in R&D from more than 50 multinational corporations with R&D centres and large-scale R&D operations in China.
