TDK Zhuhai FTZ plant is engaged in the production of passive components and other businesses. The main products are DC film capacitors, power capacitors, varistors, PTC thermistors and NTC temperature sensors. The factory was established in 1998 and initially produced ceramic materials. After 20 years of development, the existing staff has reached over 3,500, among which there are more than 100 R&D teams, which have become TDK's global R&D centre for varistors and DC film capacitors. The factory covers an area of approximately 70,100 square meters.

防疫要求

东电化电子元器件（珠海保税区）有限公司防疫期外部人员管理规定

(1) 以下情况不得到访东电化：

过去十四天内如有中高风险地区接触史（去往、途经中高风险地区地区（包括自驾、高铁，无论是否在中高风险地区停留，飞机从非中高风险地区出发的起航除外）或与来自中高风险地区的人有接触的），或与确认、疑似新型冠状病毒感染肺炎的病例有接触的，或出现发热、咳嗽、乏力等呼吸道感染症状的人员。

(2) 到访东电化前的自我声明：

外部人员必须签署《东电化电子元器件（珠海保税区）有限公司外部来访人员关于应对新型冠状病毒肺炎的自我声明》才可以申请到访东电化，该《声明》可在到访当天在前台签署；

(3) 到访东电化前的实时健康申报：

外部人员须在进入东电化前（一般为入厂前一天 15：00 前），通过扫描二维码方式如实对其健康信息进行申报。每位外部来访人员都需自己申报，不得代他人申报，不得在一份申报里填报多人信息，若发现不符上述要求，将不予以进入东电化。健康信息申报的填写说明，见附录。

二维码及《健康申报内容的填写声明》会在您注册成功后，会有商会工作人员发送至您的邮箱中，或者自行在此网页中下载。

(4) 进入东电化时的流程：

外部人员在进入东电化时，须在门岗进行个人信息登记，并由门岗保安对其进行检查，符合以下要求的，予以放行，以下任意一条要求不符合的，拒绝其进入：

a. 佩戴口罩（外部到访人员需自行准备口罩，并正确佩戴）；

b. 个人信息及申报的健康信息相符；

c. 申报的健康信息没有出现上述外部人员入厂规定第（1）条中的不得到访东电化的情形；

d. 经由门岗保安对其进行体温测量，体温正常（不超过 37.2℃）。

(5) 在东电化内的行为规范：

a. 外部来访人员在东电化厂区期间必须全员、全天、全程佩戴口罩，不得随意摘除（除喝水、就餐外）；口罩请按政府指引佩戴或丢弃；

b. 不得随地吐痰、打喷嚏的时候注意遮挡，口鼻分泌物用纸巾包好，充置于有盖垃圾桶内；

c. 勤洗手，并尽可能避免直接碰触电梯按钮、门把手等；非货物搬运人员，禁止乘坐电梯；

d. 减少接触、减少交叉，尽可能避免聚集性活动，尽量减少不必要的谈话，交谈时保持适度距离；

e. 在东电化食堂就餐者，在排队打餐时应与其他排队就餐者保持 1 米以上距离，排队打餐时，并且必须佩戴口罩，直到进食前才允许摘除口罩。打餐后请按东电化的规定在指定就餐点进行用餐，用餐前请务必先清洗双手，用餐期间不允许交谈。就餐后，一次性饭盒请放置到指定位置，不乱丢乱弃。

f. 在东电化厂区内工作期间，若出现发热、咳嗽、乏力等呼吸道感染症状时，应该立即停下手上的工作，将身体状况报告给东电化接待人员，并及时就医将诊断结果报告给东电化接待人员。

Pandemic Prevention Requirement

Regulations on Management of External Personnel during Epidemic Prevention Period of TDK

(1) The following circumstances are not allowed to visit TDK:

In the past 14 days, if there is a history of contact with medium and high-risk areas (including self-driving, high-speed rail, whether or not staying in medium and high-risk areas, except for the departure of aircraft from non-medium and high-risk areas) or contact with people from medium and high-risk areas), Or have contact with confirmed and suspected cases of pneumonia in Novel Coronavirus, or have respiratory tract infection symptoms such as fever, cough and fatigue.

(2) Self-declaration before visiting TDK:

External personnel must sign the "Self-Statement of External Visitors of TDK Electronic Components (Zhuhai Free Trade Zone) Co., Ltd. On Dealing with novel coronavirus pneumonia" before applying to visit TDK. The "Statement" can be signed at the front desk on the day of visit.

(3) Real-time health declaration before visiting TDK:

External personnel must truthfully declare their health information by scanning two-dimensional codes before entering TDK (usually before 15:00 the day before entering the factory). Each external visitor is required to declare by himself, not on behalf of others, and not to fill in multiple information in one declaration. If it is found that it does not meet the above requirements, it will not enter TDK. Please refer to the appendix for the instructions for filling in the health information declaration.

The QR code and the "Statement of Filling in Health Declaration Contents" will be sent to your email by the staff of the Chamber of Commerce or downloaded from this website by themselves after your registration is successful.

(4) The process when entering TDK:

When entering TDK, external personnel shall register their personal information at the gate post and be inspected by the gate post security guard. Those who meet the following requirements shall be released. Those who do not meet any of the following requirements shall be refused entry:

A. Wear masks (external visitors must prepare masks themselves and wear them correctly);

B the personal information is consistent with the declared health information;

C the declared health information does not show the situation that external personnel are not allowed to visit TDK in Article (1) of the above-mentioned regulations on entering the factory;

D. The body temperature shall be measured by the guard at the gate, and the body temperature shall be normal (37.2 ℃).

(5) Code of Conduct in TDK:

A. External visitors must wear masks all staff, all day and all the way during their stay in TDK Factory, and are not allowed to remove them at will (except drinking water and eating); Please wear or discard masks according to government guidelines.

B. Do not spit everywhere. Pay attention to shielding when sneezing. Wrap nasal and oral secretions with paper towels and place them in covered garbage cans.

C. Wash your hands frequently and avoid touching elevator buttons and door handles directly as much as possible; Non-cargo handling personnel are prohibited from taking elevators;

D. Reduce contact, reduce cross, avoid gathering activities as much as possible, minimize unnecessary conversation, and keep a moderate distance during conversation;

E diners in the eastern audio-visual canteen should keep a distance of more than 1 meter from other diners in line when queuing for meals. When queuing for meals, they must wear masks and are not allowed to remove masks until before eating. After the meal, please eat at the designated dining place according to the regulations of TDK. Please wash your hands before the meal. No conversation is allowed during the meal. After eating, please place the disposable lunch box in the designated position and do not litter.

F. In case of respiratory tract infection symptoms such as fever, cough and fatigue during working in TDK Factory, you should immediately stop your work, report your physical condition to TDK Reception Staff, and report the diagnosis results to TDK Reception Staff for medical treatment in time.
