In today's era of rapid development, people are facing great pressure in the workplace from performance growth, team leading, interpersonal conflict and so on. Emotional management becomes more and more important under such pressure. Sometimes, people let the emotion control and it brings many negative effects; sometimes, people ignore the emotion and it makes people indifferent and stubborn; sometimes, people hold the emotion back and become helpless and exhausted.
How can we deal with the emotion? What kind of value can emotion bring us? How can we take the advantage of emotional wisdom to make us easier at workplace and achieve our development?
This program is representing the joint efforts of European Chamber Nanjing Chapter and Raymond Consulting under the above background.
在当今高速发展的时代,人们在职场面临巨大压力,业绩增长、团队领导、人际冲突等等诸如此类。在这样的巨大压力下,情绪的管理就变得越来越重要。有的时候,人们因为放任情绪,带来了很多不利的影响;有的时候,人们因为忽略情绪,变得冷漠和固执;有的时候,人们因为压抑情绪,变得越来越无助而且身心疲惫。
那我们如何应对情绪呢?情绪又可以给我们带来什么价值呢?我们又如何可以利用情绪的智慧,让我们在职场更轻松同时实现我们的发展呢?
本课程即是在此背景下由欧盟商会南京分会和雷蒙咨询共同打造的。
Program Aim课程目标
Through group activities, personal experience and application of knowledge and tools, the program aims to support participants to understand the logic and mechanism of emotion, integrate thinking, emotion and behavior, make use of the value and wisdom of emotion, develop the short-term and long-term solution for conversion and stability of emotion, and finally achieve personal growth and career development.
