A strong corporate culture that invests in diversity and inclusion is one of the greatest competitive advantages a company can have. The lack of diversity in leadership is a missed opportunity for businesses, to gain benefits from inclusivity, a company’s commitment to diversity must be modeled by its leaders, in the C-suite and at all levels of leadership.
Does your company have diversity in its leadership? If not, you could be missing out on a host of business benefits, like more innovation, higher revenues and stronger talent acquisition opportunities.
In commemoration of International Women's Day, the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (European Chamber) is honoured to welcome you to this very important occasion, to share and celebrate the achievements and roles of women, men, and companies on gender equality and empowerment.
