Introduction 活动介绍
The economic growth in our country allows people spending to improve their health. Most of you are familiar with health screening. Yet, based on the international standards, is health screening a real necessity. Do people aboard do health screening? Why are people talking about evidence-based health screening? What are the differences between evidence-based health screening and traditional health screening? Our deputy medical director, Dr. Howard H.W. Chan, is going to share his experience with you in the upcoming Salon. In April, Chongqing released the policy of vaccination of COVID-19 for foreigners in Chongqing. Chongqing Raffles Hospital is the designated vaccination hospital, and participants present can ask questions about relevant policies.

Dr. Howard H.W. Chan specialized in Hemostasis and Thromboembolism. He was working as an Assistant Professor at McMaster University, Canada, one of the first universities in the world advocating Evidence-based Medicine. Dr. Chan commits to practicing medicine based on the best scientific evidence. He believes the international concepts of Family Medicine will furnish health screening services and provide a solution to meet the basic medical needs of the general public.
