From the VUCA to BANI era, we need professionals with greater emotional stability—individuals who can maintain a positive mindset even under immense pressure and in the face of uncertainty. This ability can be described in simpler terms as being "resilient," "tough," or "not easily broken." This “emotional management course” aims to help participants upgrade their emotional “operating system,” enabling emotions and rationality to work together efficiently. It also guides students through deep self-exploration and awareness, helping them to break free from emotional "sticking points" and enhance their ability to cope with pressure, all while maintaining a positive mindset in uncertain environments.
