Campus recruitment, layoffs, compensation, workplace injuries—each term is a key to negative traffic on social media platforms. As a generation raised with smartphones enters the workforce, they are adept at using social media, familiar with techniques to gain influence, and have a strong desire for self-expression. For companies, preventing all HR-related content from appearing online has become nearly impossible.
Traditionally, public opinion risks stemmed from business and communications departments, but now, HR has become a high-risk department for public opinion.
