The "zero-cost revelations" on social media present significant public opinion risks for companies. In corporate public opinion crises, one major category involves HR-related issues. Campus recruitment, layoffs, compensation, workplace injuries—each term is a key to negative traffic on social media platforms. As a generation raised with smartphones enters the workforce, they are adept at using social media, familiar with techniques to gain influence, and have a strong desire for self-expression. For companies, preventing all HR-related content from appearing online has become nearly impossible.
Traditionally, public opinion risks stemmed from business and communications departments, but now, HR has become a high-risk department for public opinion. Therefore, it is essential for HR to enhance its crisis prevention awareness, understand related risks, and take measures to prevent issues from arising.

When the task becomes less clear and there are laws to follow, what we need is a proactive spirit of exploration, rather than 'I do whatever is asked of me', and this requires subordinates to have sufficient internal driving force. As the new generation enters the workplace, they have a strong sense of security and are much more picky about managers and work environments than before. However, the management skills of managers have not improved significantly in proportion. More and more motivational courses are breaking away from the daily management tasks of managers, and discussing motivational skills alone can make managers believe that they need several "carrots" that can work wonders. The course identifies key moments and influencing factors in the process of managers pushing others to accept challenges and achieve goals, and provides methods to inspire others.

The new PRC Company Law, effective from 1 July 2024, has brought multiple changes – inter alia related to corporate governance and enhanced responsibilities and liabilities of company organs. A key change is that for many limited liability companies, including foreign-invested companies, employee representative(s) in the Supervisory Board or in the Board of Directors are required. What are the key changes in these areas? How to set up the corporate organs? How to elect employee representative(s)? What do companies need to pay attention to?

During this event, corporate law and labor law experts will provide an overview on the key issues and share their insights.
