We would like to invite you to attend Finance for Non-Finance Directors course on 18-20th Sept 2024 in Shanghai presented by the Institute of Directors (IoD)

This course has been designed to demystify the world of finance for non-finance directors and senior managers. It will give you an understanding of key financial concepts and terminology. You will leave with the skills and knowledge needed to evaluate business plans, question financial information and contribute more effectively to boardroom decision-making.

The IoD Award in Finance for Non-Finance Directors (FFD), is a module of the Certification in Company Direction Qualification provided by the Institute of Directors.

Optimal internal logistic processes are critical for an efficient production process: The right material needs to be at the right place in the right quantities at the right time. Guiding principles originating from lean production, such as kanban systems and milk-run, are introduced in this course. Additionally, the transfer of these principles into the digital factory is discussed. The training contents are supported by hands-on application scenarios in our Innovation Center.
